We aim to offer a competitive and professional service to you when you buy or sell your home. We offer a fixed price fee for any residential freehold sale or purchase up to £150,000 and would be pleased to quote on any other transaction.

In addition to our fee, you will also incur other costs which we will tell you about at the beginning of the transaction. We call these disbursements. It is our policy to be straightforward with you so there are no hidden extras such as postage charges or an extra fee for acting for your lender and will always confirm our fee in writing without obligation.

The disbursements will vary from property to property and from area to area. Full details will be given when you ask us to give a quotation for our services.
